It's about the weather.

At the desk, 10:36 a.m.

We talk a lot about the weather.

"It's so hot here."

"It's dumping rain today."

"I can't believe this weather!"

But we can't control the weather.

I mean sure, if we decided to cut global emissions, plant lots and lots of trees, stop using fossil fuels, removed all beef from our diets, manage our forests, then we might possibly reverse the global climate change that's underway right now. But let's face it. No one wants to do that.

Instead, we want to talk about what we cannot control.

The weather.

On this rainy day, after record breaking heat in Colorado and around the world, I find all of it to be a little crazy.
