I love this quote because it talks about our need to "learn" to live with kindness.

Most of us never learned to be kind. We learned how to state our point and be a leader.

We never learned that kindness is the backbone of a happy and healthy life.

I also like that he added "(E)ven when they do not love us."

It's hard to love people who do not love you back.

This is the work -- learn to be kind, learn to love even those who don't love us.

May peace be with you.
