What should you do? Ask a tree.

Trees know that there are times of drought and times of a bounty of water and light.

They know there are times of upward growth and times of working on growing deep, deep roots. They know the joy of forest (community) and the solemn silence of growing alone. Some trees grow so quickly that they cannot withstand the harsh winter. Other trees grow so slowly their change year to year is almost imperceptible.

They also know there are times to die and be reborn again from seed or shoot.

I think there's a lot we can learn from trees.

The challenge is to take a step back and look at the whole of the forest.
