Wow. $1,000.

I can't believe it. We really raised $1,000 for Living Water for Girls.

I wish I had great words or brilliant things to say about this accomplishment.  All I can say is, Wow.

Lisa Williams, the founder of Living Water for Girls, said this: "Thank you, doesn't seem to convey my true gratitude for your partnership in the 100 DAYS FOR BEAUTIFUL campaign and our daily mission."

With our help, they are well on their way toward raising $40,000 they need to match their Quest Foundation grant. This means that the $1,000 we raised will actually be $2,000 toward rescuing another girl from a life of prostitution. Another child will have a chance to be restored to full mind, body, and health.

I can't tell you how much it means to me that you shared your links, your money, your time and your thoughts for these girls. Thank you.

And wow.

Just a little while ago, I was writing about the idea that my back injuries were due to a lack of support in my life. Clearly, I do not have a lack of support. I might have a lack of asking for support, but that's a topic for another day.

Today, I'm simply grateful and... Wow-ed.

P.S. We're picking up all of the fees - PayPal and IndieGogo - so Living Water will get 100% of the money. Now that's really cool! :)
