If you have no bent towards unrequited forgiveness then you will never be able to make the slight a memory and will always carry it forward with you as a present day slap. *shrug* OG in this arena though we all will come to a different conclusion on the benefits to the being of self. I agree though that forgiving yourself is the first step to unloading the baggage others have placed on you, lightening the load that you may move forward in a stronger pace.

That said, your health is within you also, rest and be well.

Mark - I absolutely agree with you that the past must stay in the past as it's over. There's no reason to let the horrible past steal the present by holding on to grudges or wishing revenge.

I thought about this quite a bit yesterday. I think a better way to say what I mean is to say this.
