I have a friend who keeps bees. They went through some of that whole "hive collapse" thing with their bees. But they still have bees - although now they just keep enough to provide for their own needs (honey). They no longer bottle and sell. But they will go back to it. They will always keep bees.

Good for you you've kept your bees.

If the collection and drawings were never shown or appeared in any catalog who is to dispute the old electricians account? Of course Picasso's son may just want to steal them for his own archives. Then there would be a provable theft.

We've gone through contracting (and not selling honey) to having an abundance. I think it's the wax and wane of this thing. Healthy bees - that's all I hope for now days.

Well, that's exactly right. Further because of Picasso's personality, there's no way to really know what he did or didn't do. I don't think the paintings are superior enough for him to have kept them as his work - but who knows? It's definitely an intrigue.
