Awards
I feel a little funny posting these awards. I was taught (in finishing school, no less) to never brag or boost. But I am so deeply grateful for the gift of these awards.
I gave up everything familiar - a six figure income, clients I loved, a life style of work hard (100+ hrs a week)/play hard (social outings, galas, blah, blah) - to pursue my dream of writing. The transition has been difficult.
The awards help keep me moving forward uphill.
And I am deeply grateful.

But lost. I’m barely over it. Next year, I’ll have a better tenuous connection to a star.

Yippee!! Of course, I had to promise to stop hitting the Mark in my life… but that’s another story.

The CEO saw my enormous Rock-ability and awarded me:

In a shocking turn of events, The CEO and Heart in SF awarded me the “Most likely to inspire pajamas” award. Shocking because I work an awful floral “nightie” as a child. The award is a celebration of pajamas! Yea!
