Ow ow ow <–that’s what my legs and feet are saying today. Last night, we had our ballroom dance class then joined a group. Two hours of latin dancing and wow, I’m sore. When I’m dancing, I think – “this is no workout” but the next day, I really feel it. It’s amazing to me.
One thing that never hurts is our Unconscious Mutterings! This remains my favorite game on my favorite day of the week! Please do play.
