The weather has cooled off here – it’s only sixty degrees. I just got back from a 3.5 mile run. It’s amazing to me that I am running (at all) let alone 3.5 miles! I’m training for a half marathon in December (Vegas Rock ‘n Roll). It’s been a bizarre and amazing experience.
