		<description>It&#039;s always interesting to take a step back to see why someone&#039;s elses selfish behaviour triggers something raw in ourselves.  It&#039;s like we are receiving a reflection of a part of us we don&#039;t like.  I think this is what causes the reaction.  Sometimes we have the patience and insight, sometimes we are bereft of those two beautiful things and it takes every single ounce of energy not to flick the tiara off the royal head.

ps.  In the front of my most recent journal I wrote the quote.... &quot;the spirit in me honours the spirit in you....&quot;  I think that fits here.
