Think though if say Van Gogh “owned himself” would he in his sanity have been able to create the pallet he did? He paid dear to his masters and the world yet benefits from it.

Wow – what a beautiful eye on that child. The eye of a master in the body of a wee little human.
Owning oneself is a lifelong achievement, in my opinion. I’m still working on it.
