The cookies sound too good to be true! They have great nutritional value for such a little thing too! Thanks for sharing.
My favorite winter entry is a 24 hour Pot Roast. Yea, it's high in sodium but the meat is very tender and left overs make a base for great soup or shepards pie! http://www.mealsmatter.org/recipes-meals/recipe/16023

We just discovered the New Mexico Southwest Chili and made it three weekends in a row. I can imagine the green chile stew is awesome!

Thanks for sharing and giving me ideas for the weeks to come.

Happy TT

Well now - after trying all these recipes it looks like maybe we should run in the Boston Marathon after all!

You should visit our blogging buddy Lynn:

She can teach you how to cook Salmon in your dishwasher while you wait for BBQ weather.

Whew hoo, thanks for the shout out. But seriously, up until not too long ago I just used a point and shoot. The little one the kids use is just a newer version. I love to photograph food on white with a colorful placemat (or my black barstools). Throw a little garnish around them and it is true food porn!

I am so going to print some of these off.

We eat alot of salmon....I would totally eat more fish, but the grocery stores here think anything besides catfish is exotic!

Do you read this blog: http://tavolini.blogspot.com/

She is a vegetarian but her husband isn't. She posts some amazing rec ipes. She also inspired me to make bread. I have successfully made dough for pizza and stromboli strictly from her recipes!

I agree about fish. I usually just splash it with olive oil, sprinkle on basil and bake, unless it's catfish which needs to be fried. I like it with greens and greek spaghetti.

Oh no now I'm hungry again.
