How do you refill your lamp?

The lamp is not made of glass nor the fuel of it from the ground but rather the lamp is the hands and the light the work of them.
For me it’s sleep, a good night’s sleep helps me keep the light burning for what ever challenges I have to meet during the day.
I refuel by taking a time out from the responsibilities of school and work. I ignore everyone but Rob and LW and leave everything to sit and wait for just one day. It helps.
I left my ex-partner, and I hug you a lot.
