Kindness is contagious. And when we smile our body starts sending good chemicals. It doesn’t even matter if we mean the smile or not. We are wired that way.

Living around one of the power centers in this country, I see a lot of very self-important people. The really important people tend to be much kinder than the othes.

Hearts I’ve been seeing the same glitch allover blogspot lately and have found that if you click on the most recent post it will appear.

The thing about kindness is it needs be more Ghandiesque than just mere giving, there needs be much forgiving in the use of kindness theses days when many of us, distressed or not, are looking for the sky to fall.
