Yoga, meditation, walks...in what ever method works best for you. _ Find a new favorite place in a nearby neighborhood - restaurant, park, coffee shop, book store... _ Try a new plant/vegetable in your gargen this year and find a new way to use it I only have few for you Claudia…but it seems that you have many others provided to meet your goal of having 8 more ;)

Also, there can be adventure in trying out a new recipe, with an ingredient you're unfamiliar with, like, um, lamb.
