Television.

For the first time in over six years, I will be confronted with a television when I travel next week.? Outside of a few odd television shows (Mad Men) and British mysteries (Midsomer murders, Blue Murder, you get the picture), I have no idea what’s on television.

So I thought I would throw it out to the On A Limb community.

What should I watch?? What do you watch?

I currently like The Cleaner with Benjamin Bratt and the new Bochco show, Raising the Bar. I will also watch Gray’s Anatomy, Brothers and Sisters, and Desperate Housewives when they resume.

I don’t watch “reality” shows, wrestling, or reruns of Friends.

Personally, I like the Food network (some) and HGTV (some) and spend a lot of time pushing buttons looking for something that is…not boring.

    CBC news……

    Hockey Night in Canada….go Leafs…..soon.

I used to watch a lot of TV, but blogging and writing took over……sometimes I catch Amer. Idol or survivor, but not often anymore.

I agree with Dana about YouTube, I can sit and listen to almost anything while I blog, or do e mail, whatever, and no commercials! Take some sourdough bread with you if you can. There won’t be anything like it on the road. And, if you’re near me, call!

    Really….no tv.

Does Noggin count? Noggin is a channel of nothing but kids’ shows. I gotch covered if you need the Cliff notes for Max and Ruby or Dora!

But for me, I usually have it on in the background when blogging. I love HGTV….or TLC: What Not to Wear is always on my DVR.

Then there is no lie that l like my trash TV: The Hills, America’s Next Top Model, the new 90210, How To Look Good Naked (totally not what it sounds like….it is a internal/external makeover aimed to build confidence in women of all sizes), Army Wives.

I usually don’t watch live TV…I DVR everything. Then fast forward through the commercials.
