I shouldn’t complain, others have it way worse. But right now, I’m stressed. I recently woke up while running and remembered a time when I was calm & centered, stress-free. A time when I had a simplified life. When I had returned to the basics. I’m going there, and soon!

Ah…! Ocean. I am so, so grateful to be living by the ocean out here on the east coast. It soothes everything that needs soothing for me. Beautiful picture, though – I can never pass up a view of the sea.
