Thursday Thirteen - Let's play!

After one too many serious TTs, I thought we should play a little scrabble. Here’s how:

1. Create a word from the previous word by changing only one letter.

2. No foreign words or letters. Don’t add a letter unless indicated.

3. You may choose from any length 1-13, but you must create the word from the previous word.

4. Put your word in the comments.

5. I’ll put your word and a link to your blog in the comments.

Easy Peasy right? Here’s the starter words:

1. One letter word: A

2. Two letter word: To

3. Three letter word: Fat

4. Four letter word: Take

5. Five letter word: State

6. Six letter word: Success

7. Seven letter word: Fearless

8. Eight letter word: (any of above words) + additional letters

9. Nine letter word: (any of above words) + additional letters

10. Ten letter word: (any of above words) + additional letters

11. Eleven letter word: (any of above words) + additional letters

12. Twelve letter word: (any of above words) + additional letters

13. Thirteen letter word: (any of above words) + additional letters

14. Fourteen letter word (just for Sarah and Cajun Vegan! and Nic, of course.)

Good luck! Leave your word in the comments and I’ll post them fast as I can!

I’ll put the Tour Manager on it. He’s more alert than I am. And he kicks my butt at Scrabble.

I’m not sure if I’m doing this right, but…

    For #10 does succession work?

    For #12, does fearlessness work?

For #12, can I play off Jill’s work and do Mysteriously?

Man, I do not know the rules to this. I hope I didn’t mess it all up.

    Fun 13, though!

I have the most intense studious look on my face.

I’m taking the weenie way out — three letter word… fat to fit.

    Does that count?

I did vote for you the other day! Good luck ;–) This is a very fun idea ? but definitely something I need to come across in the morning when my mind isn?t mush (and I?m not rushing to get out of the house) as it is this afternoon. Sorry to be absent from T-13ing lately, but ?life? is keeping me otherwise occupied. I barely get my posts up and play catch up on blog visits in spare moments now & again. Hope all?s well with you and yours.
    Hugs and blessings,
