Los Angelista - I thought it was a fascinating 3 minutes. Hurray for doing each of these. I think writing requires that we create our own discrete accomplishments. That way we are celebrating what we are actually doing rather than waiting for someone else to do something.

Again Claudia, you have inspired me and entertained me! I am rewarded every time I visit. I have never seen anything like this, in fact hanging out here in the Grove this past year has taught me how much negativity I had allowed to creep into my life.
Also, the part about push/that what mom’s are for cracked me up. And what CRAP strands for.
You know, I think passion and persistence sort of lead to the others. I remember way back in high school, after taking some aptitude test, the guidance counselor told us it was a guideline to show what we might be good at, but that it wasn’t set in stone. The important thing was the desire. She said you could take two people, having one score low but have the drive (passion), and the other have a high score but no drive, and the person with the lower score would do better in that field because of the desire to keep going.
You mean wearing a brown robe isn’t really a secret to success? Damn!
When I was teaching, I went to an inservice that had us make a life mission statement. This reminds me of that activity!
I should write these down and put them in my control journal.

Claudia - I find a lot of hope in your statement. Anything is possible if you want if badly enough.
BroLo - Sorry, dude. I hate to break it to you but those guys who wear the BLACK robes? They are fairly certain they are better than you.
Tommie - Do you still have your life mission statement? I wonder how it fits now….
