Brainstorming has become the code word for creative process. It’s a necessary tool for any company to improve it’s products, customer relations and literally every aspect of it’s business. (Accounting MAY be the exception however I have heard of companies whose accountants brainstorming created more integrity and better processes.)

Claudia, I can;t get the link to work. I was hoping to read the article becuase normally the very word “brain-storming” makes me grind my teeth, but you’re smart and if this is brainstorming worth looking at I’d like to see it.
