It’s the time of year when Holiday gift lists begin to pile up and everyone feels a strain on their wallet. It is very stressful.
Did you know that feeling poor can actually impact your longevity? It’s worth taking note that people’s perception of being poor seems to decrease their longevity in statistically significant ways. Here at the Open Grove, we have discussed nutritional and lifestyle changes that help with longevity; yet we have never factored into account someone’s perception of wealth and/or poverty as creating life limiting stress.
It’s time to take a look at your own perception of wealth. If you find that you struggle week to week believing you are poor, maybe it’s time to adjust your attitude through positive affirmation or an abundance journey. Your longevity may depend on it.
