Joel Newman said, in our Body Audio Magazine, that less than 50% of eligible people donate their organs to save one or multiple people’s lives. As of today, over 89,000 American’s are waiting for an organ. He encouraged people to register when they renew their driver’s license or sign up on an organ and tissue registry. He recommended Donate Life, a sister organization to UNOS. You will find information about your state’s laws and programs for organ donation. Donating your organs upon death is an easy, safe way to become a super hero.
