I finished speaking with Michael Roizen, MD, author of You: the Owner’s Manual for next month’s Age Audio Magazine. This is really such an excellent book that I encourage you to purchase one for everyone you love. The book is an easy and interesting read about how the body functions. It further delineates the many ways you can improve your health and longevity. It’s very optimistic and helpful.
