Sometimes you luck out…

A couple years ago I found a doctor that I really liked. Over time, she became so popular that it was impossible to get in to see her. So, I began my doctor search which led to another great doctor who moved. And the rest you know!
Well, I found out that my original doctor is actually with the large HMO now. I have an appointment in a few weeks. I am keeping my fingers crossed that I will be able to continue this journey with her. Pretty lucky, eh?
In the meantime, I am still on Dr. Shari’s diet and enjoying it. It is so flexible that it really feels like it’s up to me. My blood pressure continues to drop….. it’s a journey.
