Starting over…

I finally found a doctor I could talk to…. I finally found a program that will work to reduce my hypertension… I finally found out what is going on with me…. AND then my insurance changed. We switched to a large HMO where my doctor is not on the plan AND there’s no out of plan visit.
It’s time to start over. It’s scary, really, to start over. I have no idea what will happen next. As I wait to get enrolled, I get a bit more nervous. What will happen? Will I find someone who will work with me? or will it be another disaster?
I am hoping that the skills I have learned over the last few months will serve me in this new system. I’ll keep you posted!
